Hi, I’m Kathy. I have been cooking since I could see the stove. I was raised by a couple of excellent cooks that helped me learn the amazing variety of delicious options of food in creation. My husband and I were vegetarian to save money while in grad school. For a while we ate completely plant-based foods, hence the name. But now we’re living into the grace of exploring how to be *mostly* plant-based while balancing what’s easily available at our local CSA and grocery store.

I always enjoy sharing great dishes that we’ve had on our table.
